Support

Everything on this page is something I ship: 3 open-source packages, WiSaw and ChimingClock. There is no ticket system and no queue — the routes below are how you reach me.

  • One address, and it is mine. Anything that does not fit an issue tracker starts here.

  • Bugs and feature requests belong against the repository they came from, where the answer is useful to the next person too.

  • Published packages, versions and the issue link for each one.

  • Where the longer explanations of the same work live.

Frequently asked

How do I report a bug?
Open an issue on the repository the package lives in, or email it. Include what you ran, what happened, what you expected and the version you are on. A reproducible report beats an urgent one every time.
Can I contribute?
The packages are open source; pull requests are welcome. If the change is large, file an issue first so the shape is agreed before anyone has written it.
How quickly will it be fixed?
No promise on this page, because I have never kept one. What moves the queue is a failing test I can run and an issue that explains why it matters to something real.
Is there paid support?
This site does not sell anything, so it does not offer a support contract either. If you depend on a package in production, say so in the issue — that is genuinely how I prioritise.
